Our Gold Partners are great at implementation. That’s clear. But one more piece of Lobster is expected of you. Because you are also a licensing agent. This way, you can ensure that the contract with Lobster and the implementation come from one source.

REQUIREMENTS & BENEFITS
  • As a Gold Partner, you place and broker Lobster_data software licenses to end customer.
  • You design your independent sales process with the support of Lobster.
  • They independently implement the implementation of the Lobster_data software.
  • The brokered Lobster_data License & Support Agreement will be signed directly between Lobster and your customer.
  • You qualify at least 2 sales representatives and 2 IT consultants for the Lobster_data integration platform.
  • Once a month, you generate a sales forecast including qualified sales leads.
  • As a Gold Partner you will receive sales commissions according to your partner level. These are – based on the order volume for Lobster_data licenses per calendar year as a kick-back – paid at the end of the year.

  • As a Platinum Partner you place Lobster_data software licences with, and act as broker to, end customer.
  • You design your own autonomous sales process with the support of Lobster.
  • You implement the Lobster_data software independently.
  • You sell and fulfil Lobster_data licence and support contracts (1st & 2nd level) in your own name and conclude them directly with your end customer.
  • You train at least 2 sales representatives, 2 IT consultants and 2 technical support engineers for the Lobster_data integration platform.
  • You create a monthly sales forecast including the qualified sales leads.
  • In return you will receive sales commissions that match your partner level. These commissions are paid out at the end of the year as a kick-back based on the order volume for Lobster_data licences per calendar year.

Our technology partner. You offer solutions. And depend on Lobster_data. That’s easy to sense. After all, there’s Lobster inside. But no one sees it. Because it’s not on the label… We think that’s a bit of a shame. But it’s still OK with us.

Anforderungen & Benefits
  • As a Titanium Partner you integrate Lobster_data as an integration/EDI gateway or feature in your own software solutions.
  • You offer your end customer integration/EDI as a service based on the Lobster_data technology.
  • As a Titanium Partner you train at least 2 sales representatives, 2 IT consultants and 2 technical support engineers for the Lobster_data integration platform.
  • You create a monthly sales forecast including the qualified sales leads.
  • We offer you OEM licence prices or a turnover split based on our joint business case. There is no commission but at the purchase price instead.
  • As a Titanium Partner, for licence brokering you will receive sales commissions that match your partner level at the end of the year as a kick-back based on the order volume for Lobster_data licences per calendar year as a kick-back based on the order volume for Lobster_data licences per calendar year.
